He/she helps the associate to discover the firm and facilitates his/her integration.
A career punctuated by Wavestone Horizon
To give employees greater visibility over their development prospects, career paths are formalised within a common framework called ‘Wavestone Horizon’. This career path enables each employee to see how he or she is progressing. It provides benchmarks, known to employees and their management, to help them understand what is expected at each grade and identify the skills they need to develop in order to successfully take new steps.
Also, for each level of responsibility in a given job, the expected skills and the benchmark salary are clearly defined and are the same for everyone. This document, which is available on the intranet, is broken down by business line. Salaries are regularly updated on the basis of benchmarks.
This benchmark is common to all employees, whatever their business or geographical location.
The annual performance review, an important milestone
At Wavestone, the annual interview is the result of a collective exercise involving the project managers who have supported the employee over the past period, and bringing together the HR and management teams. These Talent Reviews provide an opportunity to discuss the employee’s performance over the year, their individual career path and to determine their remuneration, based on the Wavestone Horizon.
We do our utmost to guarantee every employee the same opportunities regardless of age, gender, social or ethnic origin, disability, etc.
