From 11:30 to 12:15 , at LivestormThe CSRD is a new European Union regulation aimed at strengthening companies’ reporting on their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts. It establishes a common framework to promote a more sustainable and transparent economy.
Beginning in 2025, it will apply to large companies already subject to non-financial reporting requirements, and will gradually extend to other businesses within the EU, including those previously exempt from such obligations. By 2026, companies with over 250 employees, a revenue of more than €50M, or a balance sheet of over €25M will be targeted. In 2027, listed SMEs will follow, and by 2029, international companies with an EU subsidiary and a turnover exceeding €150M.
These deadlines compel companies to anticipate their compliance. However, it also represents an opportunity for transformation. Join us to learn how to rethink operations, enhance resilience, and align business models with ESG challenges.
