(Out-)Sourcing Roundtable: Trends, approaches and regulatory challenges

In the face of constantly tightening legislation and regulation as well as continuously growing (cyber) risks, it is crucial that companies react quickly and design or optimize their internal processes along the life cycle of (out)sourcing accordingly.

(Out-)Sourcing is increasingly becoming an essential strategy for companies to increase their efficiency and focus on their core competences. In particular, the latest developments in connection with the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and the associated pressure for implementation represent a challenge for financial organizations.
