Wavestone is certified Great Place to Work® in 16 geographies

This edition of Great Place to Work® is especially meaningful for the company, as every team took part following Wavestone’s acquisitions in 2023 and 2024. Nearly 4,000 employees participated in the survey.
A few key figures:
- 81% of our employees declare that “taking everything into account, Wavestone is a Great Place to Work.”
- Wavestone reached 77% on the Trust Index (average of positive answers to questions about credibility, respect, pride, fairness, and camaraderie).
- 16 geographies were certified Great Place to Work®, a recognition of the organization’s unified company culture.
Given our recent acquisitions included in this year’s survey scope, the great results highlight the shared values and DNA across all Wavestone’s geographies. They also reflect our commitment to staying true to our culture and values as we continue to grow, striving to remain a “Best Workplace” for our employees.
