Florian Carrière
Florian joined Wavestone in 2017, serving in the Digital & Emerging Technology practice before joining the leadership team of the Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities practice in 2022.
During his 25-year career, Florian has managed a wide range of digital transformation programs, from strategy to commercial and technical implementation, and has developed a deep understanding of digital and IT challenges across a range of sectors, including banking, transportation and the public sector, before focusing primarily on the energy sector.
Florian is also a tireless advocate of quantum technologies, which he believes have the power to change the world of business (among other things).
Keith Chappell
Keith has worked in technology consulting for the last 15 years, helping organizations tackle challenging strategic issues from AI to Zoom.
Keith came to Wavestone with business experience from three segments of his career – First as a flight controller with the Space Shuttle program, second as a management consultant with one of the leading strategy firms, and third, in executive roles at two global Technology companies, serving as head of Corporate Strategy.
These experiences and the many client engagements at Wavestone have enabled Keith to understand client challenges from the perspective of the executive team and help technology leaders navigate both the IT organizations and the larger business environment.
Thomas Chotard
After a decade working in the corporate world, where he structured, implemented, and digitized procurement and supply chain functions, Thomas joined Wavestone in 2017.
Since then, he has been leading major transformation projects for clients across various industries and geographies. With a comprehensive end-to-end vision of the supply chain, he focuses on driving large-scale, performance-optimizing initiatives. His expertise in innovative digitalization enables clients to tackle complex global challenges, ensuring they stay competitive while enhancing operational efficiency in a rapidly evolving environment.
Lara Rogers
With 25 years’ experience of working across industry and consulting, Lara has become the ‘go to’ person for helping Life Science and MedTech organisations to transform. Enabling companies to identify their optimal target state, combined with the practical experience of how to make it happen, Lara has become a trusted advisor for senior business and technology leaders.
Lara graduated with a 1st class honors in law, before pursuing a career that spanned several sectors, enabling her to bring best in class insight and approaches to the clients she works with. Passionate about contributing to the sustainability of healthcare, Lara has worked across a broad range of projects delivering patient, customer, and business value. In most recent years’ focussing on assisting MedTech organisations to embed and differentiate through customer centric operating models.
Associate Partners
Julien Floch
Originally from Brittany, Julien graduated from Enseirb-Matmeca in 2011 with a degree in Electronics Engineering. He joined Wavestone in 2013, where he developed his expertise in digital workplace solutions.
In 2021, Julien pursued new opportunities at another firm, expanding his skills over two years before returning to Wavestone in 2023. Upon his return, he quickly immersed himself in the field of Generative AI, spearheading the development of offerings around Microsoft Copilot.
An early adopter of GenAI technologies, Julien has played a pivotal role in strengthening Wavestone’s partnership with Microsoft. He is now actively involved in developing the firm’s global GenAI offerings, leveraging his deep expertise to drive innovation and deliver value to clients.
Tom Lallement
For more than 12 years, Tom has been supporting his clients in the success of their major digital transformation programs. He first specialized in IT infrastructure topics, before transitioning to the user experience development for products and services design.
Since the Lyon office creation, Tom has focused on the implementation of the local business strategy and advised CIOs with a strong emphasis on performance optimization and IS strategy construction – particularly recently in the Nuclear industry.
Mickaël Les Enfant
Mickaël began his career 15 years ago in the consulting sector in France where he led various digital and organizational transformations for public companies.
With a passion for the mountains and outdoor adventures, he joined Wavestone in Switzerland eight years ago, where he founded the business transformation department, focusing on operational excellence and organizational performance.
Over the years, Mickaël has focused on healthcare and public sectors and has contributed to the development of Wavestone’s presence in Switzerland. He is a trusted partner to his clients, guiding major strategic transformations and optimizing the value proposition of their organizations.
Pascal Vidal
Pascal has been part of Wavestone Cybersecurity Global practice for 14 years and has developed a strong expertise in Digital Identity. He currently leads Wavestone Digital Identity value proposal and continues to develop new areas such as customer identity security, OT security and artificial intelligence.
Pascal stands out for his ability to understand business and technological challenges, enabling him to successfully manage complex digital transformation programs. He is recognized as a trusted partner by his clients, focused on their satisfaction and combines all Wavestone know-how to achieve client successes.
Over the last several years, Pascal supported companies in the Luxury, Retail and Energy markets at a global scale and developed Wavestone’s footprint within prestigious Luxury companies.
