Antoine Choukroun – Financial Services – Paris

For the past 15 years at Wavestone, Antoine has supported major players in the banking and insurance sectors in their significant transformations. 

Leveraging strong expertise in all areas of retail banking in particular, he supports key players in the banking industry with their operational performance improvement and digital transformation programs. 

With a solid background in framing and executing operational model transformation projects, cost optimization, and customer journey evolution, he is a key contributor to the development of Financial Services activities.

John Westfield – Digital Transformation – US

John Westfield has more than 35 years' experience in driving digital transformation as a collaborative technology services enabler. He has a track record in commercial sourcing, complex deal negotiation, service delivery, advisory, automation, predictive analytics, personalization at scale, cloud enablement, cost containment, service excellence & brand distinction, as well as cyber and digital business strategy.

Prior to joining Wavestone, John was a Vice President with HCLTech, a Partner with ISG, and had various leadership roles within NTT Data Services, TCS, and CSC. He also spent almost ten years at American Airlines' corporate headquarters in the airline's finance, marketing, operations, and technology services functions.
