As a result, we are pleased to announce the release of our Responsible Consulting Charter, highlighting what is expected from each of us and how we can take up the challenge.

Our proactive, two-step approach to implement responsible consulting:
- Alert our clients on the identified negative impacts on sustainability.
- Proactively integrate recommendations that generate positive impacts.
These principles are the cornerstone of our approach, ensuring that every project we undertake is aligned with our vision of a sustainable future.
Three focus areas to prioritize efforts
To drive immediate and tangible impact, the charter focuses on three key themes:
- Carbon emissions: Identifying sources of greenhouse gas emissions and determining the most effective levers to reduce them
- Digital accessibility: Ensuring equal access to digital content and functions and promoting social inclusion for people with disabilities
- Data privacy and ethics: Protecting personal data and ensuring the ethical use of technologies
The scope of these topics is constantly evolving and adapting to challenges as time goes on, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to sustainability.
Training employees and a collective call to action
We are in the process of rolling out an extensive change management plan, including a dedicated 2-hour training for our 5,000+ employees, ensuring that every employee understands their role in delivering sustainable value to our clients.
In addition, the firm provides an operational toolkit to boost day-to-day integration of the charter:
- Accelerators: such as methodology, tools, best practices and access to a network of Sustainability experts who can be mobilized.
- Support service: managed at practice and office level to answer any questions on these subjects
