Wavestone supports Microsoft in the deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and the adoption of generative AI tools

Wavestone has been selected by Microsoft to support the deployment and accelerated adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot as a generative artificial intelligence tool in French companies. Wavestone has developed a five-step approach to deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot: recommending prerequisites, identifying key audiences to be onboarded, exploring and evaluating high-value use cases (both in terms of financial and experiential ROI), acculturation and change management, and finally preparing for large-scale deployment.

Specifically, this collaboration allows Wavestone consultants to benefit from preview access to Microsoft 365 Copilot, attend dedicated training sessions, interact with product experts, and organize dedicated workshops for our clients.

Wavestone's access to Microsoft 365 Copilot will also enable early testing of the solution with different types of populations. Wavestone will share feedback from early implementations and deployments with Microsoft. This collaboration provides an opportunity for continuous improvement of the approach developed by Wavestone.
