Biography of Laure Michel
Laure Michel, a graduate of the University of Paris Dauphine and the Institute of Social Management, started her career at Wavestone in 2004 in the recruitment department.
Today, Laure holds the positions of Recruitment Director and HR Leader at Wavestone in France, as well as being a member of the Executive Committee. She oversees global recruitment operations to ensure that recruitment remains at the forefront of attractiveness and alignment with the firm’s growth ambitions. At the same time, as HR Leader, she orchestrates HR operations for nearly 800 employees, ensuring their retention and professional development.
