1st semester revenues: 11.2 M d’Euros

up 21%, including 14% organic growth

As of September 30, 2002, SoluCom Group recorded consolidated revenues of 11.2 M€ for the 1^st semester of the financial year.

The Group's turnover gains 21% as compared to last year's 1^st semester. For the SoluCom-Idesys perimeter, comparable period-to-period, the turnover comes out to 10.1 M€ resulting in 14% organic growth.

Commenting on these figures Pascal Imbert, CEO of SoluCom said:

"The market we're facing remains very tense, especially on the Telcos segment. The reorganisation of Arcome has however reduced our exposure regarding this segment, which now represents 13% of the Group's turnover".
"In this difficult economic climate, the half-year turnover – which includes the impact of summer vacations – reflects the satisfactory resistance of our business. Besides, during the semester, we have gained prestigious new clients such as Areva (Framatome), ATICA (IT government agency), Essilor, Geodis, IRD (Research Institute for Development), French Foreign Office, Rhodia, Saint-Gobain, Snecma and Spie".
