Change of means within liquidity contract

In compliance with the Business Ethics Charter of the AFEI (French Association of Investment Firms) as approved by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) on 22 March 2005, the following means are dedicated to implement the liquidity contract implemented by Portzamparc S.A for Solucom as at April 16th, 2007:

• 6,122 Solucom shares
• € 297,212 in cash

Please note that since January the 8th, 2007, the following means were dedicated to the liquidity contract:

• € 94,000 in cash
