In the third quarter the SoluCom Group achieved a consolidated turnover of €10.6M, up 27% on Q3'2004/2005. This figure includes the contribution of Dreamsoft, which has been consolidated over the entire period.
This performance, which is far ahead of the market, brings turnover for the 9 months to €27.4M, an increase of 20% on the previous year. Organic growth for the 9 months was 16%, in line with expectations.
A dynamic third quarter
The Group saw intense sales activity during Q3, particularly in the fields of Security and VoIP-ToIP, which today are booming.
As forecast, SoluCom has continued its recruitment drive during the quarter, and intends to keep up the effort during the coming months. At 31 December 2005 the Group had 383 employees, Dreamsoft included.
2005-2006 forecasts confirmed
The SoluCom Group is fully in line after 9 months with its development plan, and confirms its growth target for the current year of 22%, of which 15% will be organic, and an operating margin between 10% and 12%.
