H1 2005/06 revenue: EUR 16.8m – Organic growth: 16%

(1) The H1 2004/20005 revenue restated as per the IFRS standards comes out at €14.5m
versus the €14.6m published as per French standards.

The SoluCom Group's consolidated IFRS revenue for H1 2005/2006 stands at €16.8m, with 16% pure organic growth from its H1 2004/2005 level. The Group, in line with its development plans, thus outperformed the market's growth.

Over the period, the Group experienced dynamic sales activity and captured a number of key projects, including:

  • GIP-DMP (Groupement d'Intérêt Public Dossier Médical Personnel): assistance to the management of hosting calls for tenders
  • Pernod Ricard: in the context of its alliance with Allied Domecq, assistance to the Pernod Ricard Group's Information Systems Department regarding various brainstorming sessions and infrastructure projects
  • Eurostar: assistance to the project owner for the renewal of the boarding control system project
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs: consulting services regarding the renovation of the international network and delineation of the IT security policy.

As for H2, the Group intends to pursue its active recruitment policy, while remaining extremely selective. SoluCom thus confirms its organic growth target of at least 15% for the entire year. Such growth will be boosted by the consolidation of Dreamsoft over the whole of H2.

SoluCom will publish its Half Year Results 2005/2006 and prospects on December 13, 2005, after market closure.
