Gender equality
Creating an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their gender, can thrive is key to building a sustainable future at Wavestone.
We’ve embarked on a continuous improvement journey to understand and address gender imbalances across all levels of our organisation. Our goal: Increase female representativity and visibility into management roles. This has led us to:
- Develop tailored programs that support women’s career growth,
- Create spaces for open dialogue, encouraging our employees to share their experiences and learn from one another through regular employee talks “Voices@Wavestone”,
- Equip all our employees and especially our managers with the skills to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace because gender equality is not a women’s matter and concerns everyone.
Our commitment extends beyond our walls, supporting organisations such as #StOpE initiative against day-to-day sexism, the AFMD, and Femmes@Numerique to promote gender equality across industries.
As of March 1, 2024, in accordance with the French law “for the freedom to choose one’s professional future” introduced on September 5, 2018, Wavestone announces an overall score of 87/100 on the Gender Equality Index for Wavestone social and economic unit. This law aims, in particular, to eliminate the gender pay gap in France.
