As part of its CSR strategy, Wavestone is committed to supporting its client towards a sustainable performance. Responsible Consulting is a response to this commitment, by integrating sustainability at the heart of our consulting activities.
To ensure that sustainability stakes are taken into account into all our projects we adopt a proactive two-step approach. Firstly, by alerting clients to potential negative sustainability impacts in their projects and provide actionable recommendations to manage and mitigate them.

We are committed to acting on 3 focus areas, to start:
- Carbon emission: identifying sources of greenhouse gas emissions and determining the most effective levers to reduce them
- Digital accessibility: ensuring equal access to digital content and functions and promoting social inclusion for people with disabilities
- Data privacy and ethics: safeguarding personal data and ensuring the ethical use of technologies.

- Strong acculturation of our employees: through a dedicated mandatory 2-hours training program including an e-learning and webinars on these CSR themes combined with a global training program (climate fresco, micro-learning platform) on sustainability concepts and issues
- Enhanced documentary resources based on our experience: a centralized toolkit with methods and specifics tools (e.g. carbon footprint calculator, eco-design best practices, etc.) to help teams integrate sustainability issues into their day-to-day project work
